Columbia Christians for Life may be our state’s most bigoted organization. Nearly every day, I get emails from their leader, Steve Lefemine, informing me of how God is furious with humans and damnation is coming. He’s as radical as they come, and it seems no mainstream politicians are far-right enough to satisfy him.

The emails regularly criticize President Bush, citing statements that aren’t conservative enough. During Columbia’s recent gay pride event, Lefemine sent out photos of CCL representatives carrying signs that read, “Gay sex is a threat to national security.”

A few days ago, he sent a long email about “Bob Jones’ False Doctrine,” criticizing the leader of the highly homophobic school for endorsing Mitt Romney, a Mormon.

Mitt Romney does not even worship the same God as you do, Dr. Jones. The god of Mormonism is a false god. Psalm 2 says that kings and judges [and American presidents !] are to “Kiss the Son,
lest He be angry;…” (verse 12). Mormonism denies the Son, the Saviour, the Messiah. The Bible says that he who denies the Son, also denies the Father (1 John 2:22,23). Mitt Romney does not know the Father because he does not know the Son.

I almost question the decision to give this hate-monger a voice here, but he reached a tipping point with me today when he sent out a notice connecting a recent gay-friendly amendment in California with the wildfires in San Diego, citing God’s vengeance.

California Fires: The Righteous Judgment of God

1 Million refugees, over $1 Billion in damage, well over 1,000 homes burned, in the wicked Abortion & Sodomy state of California.

Governor Schwarzenegger just signed a bill on October 13 foisting promotion of the sodomite lifestyle on children as young as 5 or 6 years old, through the government (”public”) schools. California wildfires broke out one week later, on October 20.

This is not the first time that massive wildfires have devastated the leading abortion state in America. In 2003, over 3,600 homes were destroyed by fires in California. It is estimated that approximately one-quarter million children are butchered in California’s child-slaughter centers each year.

P.S. memo to the “First Lady” of California - It’s not “Mother Nature” - it’s Father God, Who controls the weather !

Does he draw a connection every time there’s a tragedy? Was the south Asian tsunami because they were Buddhist and Muslim? Must be. But what about Hugo?

If you are a Bible-reading, Bible-believing Christian who has read the books of Isaiah, Jeremiah,
or others which record and present God’s righteous judgment of nations which disobey Him, then you
will understand that God deals with the corporate sins of nations in divine judgment.  Read  chapter 28
of Deuteronomy which deals first with God’s blessings upon nations that obey Him, and His punishment
of nations (like America) that disobey Him.

Read Proverb 14:34, Psalm 19:7.  If you don’t believe God’s Word, the Bible, there’s nothing more
authoritative I can present to you.

Even men among the founding fathers understood thge corporate blessing versus the corporate
judgment of God upon nations:

George Mason, Virginia delegate to the Constitutional Convention, 1787:

“Every master of slaves is born a petty tyrant.  They bring the judgment of heaven upon
a country.  As nations cannot be rewarded or punished in the next world, they must be
in this.  By an inevitable chain of causes and effects, Providence punishes nation sins,
by national calamites.”

What do you think the War Between the States was !?  It was God’s judgment upon BOTH North and South
for the national, corporate sin of slavery, just as prophesied 70 years earlier by George mason (who refused
to sign the Constitution by the way).  - read Abraham Lincoln’s Second Inaugural Address - he said that
God gave “this terrible war” to both North and South because of American slavery.
